Terry E. Lee, II is a seasoned HR professional with over 14 years of experience, serving as the President and Chief Consultant for Terry Cares. A graduate of Tuskegee University with a Bachelor of Science degree and Columbia Southern University with a Master of Business Administration, Terry has developed a diverse and successful career across several industries, including government, non-profit, fintech, and education.
Passionate about empowering others to succeed both personally and professionally, Terry is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and communities. His mission is to help people achieve their full potential—whether educationally, financially, or socially. Terry’s leadership experience extends beyond his professional roles, as he is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, where he has held various leadership positions. He is also a proud member of the Emerging 100 of South Metro and serves as a board member for the Barbados Foundation, leading mission-driven activities to support those in need on the island of Barbados.
